The short version

  • Read-only Google Calendar access — we never edit your calendar.
  • Only events that match your booking title format are saved.
  • Personal appointments and other calendar events are not stored.

What we access

When you sign in with Google, DashCal requests read-only access to the calendar on that account. We use it to find events that match your booking title format in Settings.

What we store

  • Your account info (name, email, profile image) for sign-in.
  • Parsed booking data for matching events: title, name, amount, start and end time, duration, and location.
  • Your app settings, such as title format, currency, and date filters.
  • Google OAuth tokens so we can keep syncing your calendar until you delete your account or revoke access in Google.

What we do not store

Calendar events that do not match your booking format are read during sync but are not saved. We do not copy your full calendar history into DashCal.

What we never do

  • Edit, create, or delete events in your Google Calendar.
  • Share your data with other users inside the app.
  • Sell your personal data.

Delete your account

You can delete your DashCal account anytime from Settings. This permanently removes your cached bookings, settings, sign-in sessions, and stored Google tokens from DashCal. It does not delete anything in Google Calendar. You can also revoke DashCal's calendar access anytime in your Google Account permissions.
